Mandatory data required for your personal account setup collected includes your first & last name, email address and may also include your job title, company, and birthday. By interacting with us through one of your social media accounts, you can also have access, when applicable, to your location and addresses, profile image, accreditations, personal website and favourites (for example, favourite movie, musician, etc.), education, family member names, home phone number, cell phone number, home town and biography, in other words, all the set of information that is normally accessible on your social media profiles.

Gymtar uses data collected from the creation and use of a Gymtar account to improve use of various features of our service, to collect and report use metrics about your usage of our Services, to troubleshoot and debugging our Services, to notify you about changes to the Gymtar service relevant to your account or user profile, gather feedback on Gymtar Website, and to identify users who submit feedback and comments in any sections of the Websites.

6. WHERE DOES GYMTAR STORE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Data collected in the Gymtar Website is stored on cloud-based servers located in Germany. By using Gymtar, you acknowledge that your personal information will be transmitted to, stored, and accessed in both Germany and the United Kingdom. The Gymtar Website uses third-party & analysis tracking tools and whose servers may be located in any country in which these third parties have their facilities.

7. HOW DOES GYMTAR PROTECT MY INFORMATION?

Personal Data submitted to Gymtar through the Gymtar Website are encrypted using 256-bit SSL-encrypted connections. The Gymtar Website is secure in the cloud and running on data storage infrastructure physically located in Germany, in a fully secured data centre that has achieved also the following certifications:

8. WHO PROCESSES AND WHO CONTROLS MY DATA?
