String skipping is a great technique to play faster and break the routine of scaling up and down the strings. In this second level, you'll refine the four note arpeggios, so that you'll enrich your riffs and improve the accuracy of your picking hand.

Full details

The string skipping technique makes you faster, since you learn how to jump over strings and more creative too. For example, even by simply skipping the middle note of your arpeggios, you can already give your music a completely different flavour.

This second level involves four note arpeggios, in particular the ones built harmonising the major scale. You’ll find the shapes for the maj7, min7 and min7b5 arpeggios, unfolded on the 1 3 5 strings. Also, because the same shapes are applicable to the 2 4 6 strings, there’s not too much to memorize.

In this part, you will master the following aspects:
– accuracy of your picking hand
– increased stretching with fretting hand
– enrich the variety of your riffs
